Error message: Unexpected error | Unsupported pixel format

What is the issue?

The problem could be caused by particular file formats of pictures (e. g. EMF-file formats). Maybe there are embedded pictures without a pixel format.

How to fix it?

If possible use the common file formats PNG or JPEG.
