What is the issue?
The problem can be caused by several issues:
your proxy does not forward the session cookie from the login to the client (caused by proxy, firewall or something else)
axesPDF for Word was not correctly installed with the Sentinel LDK Runtime software
How to fix it?
- Download the current version of Sentinel LDK Runtime here:
Sentinel HASP/LDK - Windows GUI Run-time Installer or
Sentinel HASP/LDK - Command Line Run-time Installer
- Try a manual activation:
