Menu

At the top of axesFlip Designer, a horizontal menu bar provides access to core application commands. The following menus and options are available:

File

• New Template (Ctrl + N)
  Create a new template.
• Open Template… (Ctrl + O)
  Open an exisiting axesFlip template (.flip).
• Save Template (Ctrl + S)
  Save the current template.
• Save Template as… (Ctrl + Shift + S)
  Save the template as a copy with a different name or in a different location.
• Open PDF… (Ctrl + Shift + O)
  Open a sample PDF document to use with the current template.
• Settings… (Ctrl + ,)
  Open the settings dialog. For more information, refer to Settings.
• Exit (Alt + F4)
  Closes axesFlip Designer.

Edit

• Set Start Node (Ctrl + right click on node)
  Set the currently selected node as the start node of the template.

View

• Preview in Default PDF-Viewer (F5)
  Preview the result of the currently open template and PDF in the default PDF viewer.
• Center Start Node (Home)
  Center the start node in the Template view. (On German keyboards, the Home key is labeled Pos1.)
• Center Graph (Ctrl + G)
  Center the entire template graph in the Template view.
• Fit Graph to Window (Ctrl + Shift + G)
  Resize the graph to fit the current window in the Template view.

Help

• Documentation… (Ctrl + F1)
  The axesFlip support platform opens in your internet browser.
• About…
  Open a dialog displaying the version and copyright information for axesFlip Designer.
