On the axesWord tab, click the Show form fields button to open the axesWord - form fields task pane. All of the document's form fields are listed here.
This list provides an overview of all form fields, and allows you to select multiple form fields (by holding down the Shift or Ctrl key) so you can change properties for several form fields at once.
The list shows the names of the form fields. You can enable to show the tooltips via the settings menu - to do so, click the settings icon and then select the Tooltip option:
Now you can see the tooltip for each form field.
Note
For technical reasons, form fields located in headers and footers cannot be displayed at the same time as form fields in the main text. If you have inserted form fields in headers or footers, switch to edit mode for a header or footer - you will then see a list of the form fields for the active header or footer in the axesWord - form fields task pane.
