Adding another administrator to a license account

The role of an administrator in a team license account can be assigned to any user.
To create an additional administrator, proceed as follows:

  • Using the existing admin axes4 ID go to your Team license account at
  • If the the additional admin is not yet a user, add the desired admin email address as a user to the team license account
    • If applicable: Create your new axes4 ID via the invitation email you receive
  • Assign the Administrator role to this (new) user:
    • Click on the user
    • Assign the "Administrator" role via the "User information" card by clicking on the pen icon, checking the box next to "Administrator".
    • Click "SAVE".
