Situation
In your Team License (cloud-based user administration), you want to replace an existing user with a new one.
Solution
- To open license administration, go to https://licensing.axes4.com.
- Go to your team license account.
- Remove the previous user from this license.
- Map the new user to the license.

Important
This feature is available once per month, per license and user.
If a second swap is required before the 30 days has passed, the axes4 support can immediately deactivate an existing activation for you on demand. Then, your new user can activate their license based on the new user mapping.
To request an immediate deactivation, send an email to support@axes4.com. The request must contain the following details:
- The affected license key.
- If available: the user ID of the user who is to be de-activated.
