License Manager does not start even though it is installed

Problem

The license manager is installed but does not start.

What is possibly causing the problem?

When installing axesPDF applications, Symantec's Norton Security virus scanner quarantines a file from axes4 License Manager. This means that the axes4 license manager cannot start.

Solution

The 'A4LicenseManager.dll' file must be released manually.
